• ¿Quién eres tu? = Who are you?
• ¿Quién es él? = Who is he?
• ¿Quíen es ella? = Who is she?
• ¿Quiénes son ellos? = Who are they?

* When we ask for a group of boys and girls in spanish we ask "¿Quiénes son ellos?" but if in the group there are only girls we ask "¿Quiénes son ellas?"

1. ¿Cómo estas? = How are you?
2. ¿Cómo está él? = How is he?
3. ¿Cómo está ella? = How is she?
4. ¿Cómo te va? = How are you doing?
5. ¿Cómo le va a él? = How is he doing?
6. ¿Cómo le va a ella? = How is she doing?
7. ¿Cuál es tu nombre? / ¿Cómo te llamas? = What is your name?
8. ¿Cómo se llama él? = What is his name?
9. ¿Cómo se llama ella? = What is her name?
10. ¿Cuántos años tienes? = How old are you?
11. ¿Cuántos años tiene él? = How old is he?
12. ¿Cuántos años tiene ella? = How old is she?
13. ¿De dónde eres? = Where are you from?
14. ¿De dónde es él? = Where he comes from?
15. ¿De dónde es ella? = Where she comes from?
16. (informal ask) ¿Qué estás haciendo?/ (formal ask) ¿Qué está haciendo usted? = What are you doing?
17. ¿En qué trabajas? = What is your occupation / job?
18. ¿En qué trabaja ella? = What is her job?
19. ¿En qué trabaja él? = What is his job?
20. ¿Cuál es tu pasatiempo? = What is your hobby?
21. ¿Cúal es el pasatiempo de ella? = What is her hobby? 
22. ¿Cuál es el pasatiempo de él? = What is his hobby?
23. ¿Qué aspecto tiene ella? = What does she look like?
24. ¿Es él agradable? = Is he nice?
25. ¿Es ella agradable? = Is she nice?
26. ¿El es alto? = Is he tall?
27. ¿Ella es alta? = Is she tall?
28. ¿Es él guapo? = Is he good-looking?
29. ¿Es ella bella? = Is she beautiful?
30. ¿Qué está él llevando puesto? = What is she wearing?
31. ¿Qué está ella llevando puesto? = What is she wearing?

For questions we use:

• ¿Qué? = What, 
• ¿Cómo? = How
• ¿Dónde? = Where
• ¿Quién? = Who
• ¿Cuándo? = When
